This Food Warmer is designed for either wet or dry operations. 12 x 20 warming pan is deep-drawn, stainless steel and easily accommodates a variety of fractional or round inset pans up to 6 deep. The tubular element, located under the warming pan, allows for quick heating. The positive-off thermostat controls the element allowing for adjustable and more consistent temperatures.
