Condition is Refurbished in what appears to be fully-functioning condition. After reading operation manual it appears this heats via button push with blasts of dry steam and is constant on. Has excellent cosmetic condition with only the transfer graphics smudging above the on/off button. Manual is fuzzy on lighting of switch, but we never observed switch light up. Unsure if it does. Steam blasts work with enthusiasm. This is a DFW – Direct Food Warmer and uses manual blasts of dry steam to retherm or reheat items. This is not an oven or a front-line cooking unit. Needs to be connected to a water source, see manual for pressure requirements. Please see photos and video of cosmetics and operation.
