Do not operate any equipment with damaged or leaking gas line. Gnitor or valves or if the unit is dropped or damaged in any manner. Never use the Bain marie as a heating source. Always keep hands, hair and clothing away from heating source. Allow the Bain marie to cool down after use and before dismantling. Leaning the unit will be too hot to handle immediately after use.
